HOW TO WEAR: Before wearing, stretch the straps out. Put the mask over your mouth and nose. A metal nose clip should be on top. In order for the top strap to sit on your head's crown over your ears, you must pull it over your head. The bottom strap should be placed just behind your ears after being pulled over your head. Put the tips of both hands' fingertips on the metal nosepiece's top. Pushing inward and running your fingertips along both sides of the nosepiece will help you mold the nose area to fit the contour of your nose. Each time you don the respirator, check the seal on the filtering facepiece.
