The waters from the snowfields of the Brenta and Valsugana Dolomites are collected in a sizable aquifer and are filtered by the layers of sand and rock that give them their distinctive natural characteristics. From this point on, the water travels for many years below, purifying and enriching itself along the way until it achieves the distinctive balance of mineral salts that makes it unique.
