      It will depend on your phone. Technically it is possible but normally not supported.
      Bluetooth audio is transmitted over dedicated channels, so the phone would need the capability to establish 2 of these and send on them simultaneously. Technically a phone could do this, e.g. It could have 2 Bluetooth radios even.
      What phones often support is keeping a connection to 2 devices but only using 1 at the time for music. For example you can connect to the speaker and play music but when you receive a call it can still alert the airpods, and you can answer the call from your airpods and the audio would transfer to those.
