Installing a QR code is the next step in a network-wide procedure to get confidential feedback about the quality of care and services provided.
"We received an incredible 400+ responses, which allowed us to gather extremely valuable information and feedback that will support continuous improvement," a representative for MercyCare stated.
"As we reviewed the feedback, it was clear there was a need for a more effective, ongoing complaints, compliments, and feedback process."
Families will be able to swiftly and simply submit confidential feedback at any time by scanning the QR codes, which will be placed in the center foyer next to the sign-in area.
