Katy Perry Goes Futuristic with QR Code Tattoos at Paris Fashion Week

During Paris Fashion Week, Katy Perry displayed a QR code body art on her palm, demonstrating her continued affinity for futuristic looks. 

She made an eye-catching appearance on Monday during the Balenciaga Womenswear Spring-Summer 2025 fashion show. Furthermore, she wore an imaginary black dress with illusory zippers from the luxury brand.

Given the many chains on the black bodice, it appeared to have a pocket, purse, and bag attached.

According to WWD, the skirt resembled a duffel bag. Perry accentuated the dramatic dress by combining it with black pointed-toe stiletto boots. She paired the ensemble with large sci-fi-themed sunglasses.

In fact, Katy Perry's futuristic appearance with the QR code body art comes after she revealed a distinctive QR code tattoo on her lower back while wearing a back-baring torn dress at the 2024 MTV VMAs.

However, this wasn't just any tattoo for fashion; it served a function. 

When scanned, the QR code takes fans to a page where they can pre-order hes highly anticipated forthcoming album, "143," which is set to be released on September 20.

With these two looks, the singer contributed to two distinct fashion moments this year.
