The only blended Scotch created using a triple maturation method is Black Dog Triple Gold Level. The triple maturing method gives the mix a particular taste and a delicate finish by first allowing grain and malt whiskies to mature in American bourbon casks separately, then blending them together and allowing them to age once more in oloroso sherry barrels for an extended length of time.
